This person will work directly with the company President and be responsible for a broad range of duties, including anything from taking meeting minutes, to managing social media posts, to dropping a truck off at the mechanic. Responsibilities
- Uphold our mission, vision, and values
- Manage schedules, projects, and duties; help roll out workplace initiatives
- Project warmth and enthusiasm toward internal team and external customers
- Prepare records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for company meetings, reports, or special projects
- Become familiar with all department functions within the company in order to communicate with them effectively and accurately
- Event Planning: arranging for facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, controlling event budgets, travel arrangements, etc.
- Internal and external communications
- Run errands as needed
- Maintain professionalism with confidential information
- Assists with the management and tracking of department budgets, reports, and communications
- Serves as positive representation and reflection of the company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record and possession of valid driver's license
