We plan the lighting with you and your builder, so it’s part of how the property looks and not something added at the end. That goes for a custom home and for a restaurant or office build-out. It can mean tape lighting along a ceiling detail, custom cabinet lighting, color-changing RGB in a bar or theater room, or Lutron RadioRA 3, the system that lets one keypad run every light in the room.
