Most of our commercial work comes from GCs and operations leads who have a job, a budget and a start date and need a local electrical contractor who shows up when they say and finishes when they say. We bid per project and coordinate with the other trades on site, and because we hold a general contractor license too, we read the whole schedule and plan our piece around it.
Our estimating is thorough, so the number you get is the number you plan around for your budget, your schedule and your project KPIs. A change order only comes from a true change in scope or something nobody could have seen.
We don’t chase the low bid. When a bid comes in lowest, it usually means something got missed, and you find out what it was halfway through the job. We bid it right off the prints you send, then show up and finish when we said we would.
For plants, warehouses and distribution centers, our electricians handle the power and controls that keep the line running, from a new machine drop to a warehouse addition.
We retrofit older fixtures to LED and design new lighting for offices, warehouses, retail and parking lots, including high bays, wall packs, pole lights and lighting controls. For restaurants and venues we also do the design side: tape lighting, color-changing RGB and accent lighting that’s part of how the space looks.
