INDIANAPOLIS — Grounded Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce a change in leadership. Former Grounded Solutions Vice President Clay Hamilton has acquired ownership of the company, effective January 1.
Clay Hamilton joined Grounded Solutions as Vice President of Operations in 2014. A graduate of the Independent Electrical Contractors apprenticeship program, Hamilton worked his way up through the ranks as a Journeyman Electrician and General Contractor and takes pride in knowing all aspects of the electrical trade. He brings more than 12 years of relevant experience in both electrical contracting and client relations to the position and is passionate about growing and developing the team at Grounded Solutions.
“I am honored and excited about the opportunity to lead the company,” said Hamilton. “The team here at Grounded Solutions is the foundation of our success. I am grateful for the partnership Shawn White and I have had over the years, and I look forward to continuing in his footsteps to write the next chapter for Grounded Solutions.”
Over the course of two years, Grounded Solutions has worked to transition the company into two separate entities. Grounded Solutions will continue to provide electrical services in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, and all generator services have been moved over to Midwest Generator Solutions, founded in 2017.
Shawn White, founder of Grounded Solutions, will now devote his time and energy to Midwest Generator Solutions. He and Hamilton have taken extensive measures to ensure the smoothest possible transition in leadership for both employees and customers. All customers who received generator services from Grounded Solutions have been transferred to MGS.
Hamilton plans to grow Grounded Solutions while continuing to provide the highest quality of work to the company’s customers. He resides in Greenwood with his wife, Terra, and their two children. He is a member of Stones Crossing Church and is a proud supporter of the Little Wish Foundation and the Center for Global Impact.
